FACTS Online Payment Plan

HBCS has implemented a program to provide our families with more flexibility and engagement in the monthly payment process. 

After much research and investigation, HBCS has contracted with FACTS to help manage our monthly payment program.  FACTS is used by over 5,500 schools nationally. We are confident this program will provide an enhanced payment experience for our families, and also allow us to take a major step forward in the security and compliance of financial transactions for our school.

Please note the following features in using the FACTS system for tuition payment:

v  Convenient and secure customized monthly online payment plan sign-up

v  Demographic and financial account management online

v  E-mail payment reminders 5 days prior to scheduled payment date

v  Online monthly statements and payments at any time

v  Multiple payment plan options

v  Ability to switch payment methods (e.g., from ACH to credit card)
